The Sandalwood drugs case that has come to light in Karnataka is causing quite a stir. Already famous actresses Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjana have been arrested in this case. Recently, the Mangalore CCB police issued notices to prominent Kannada TV anchor and actor Anushree in this case.
ABCD actor and dancer Kishore Shetty was recently arrested by the Mangalore police in a drug trafficking case. When he was interrogated, it was learned that Anushree was associated with drugs along with him, which is why the police sent her notices.
A police investigation has revealed that Kishore Shetty was peddling drugs at colleges along with accused Karthik Shetty in Bangalore. Anushree’s name sprung up in Kishore Shetty trial, who is being brought to Bangalore and interrogated.
Earlier Anushree said that she danced with Kishore Shetty 10 years ago but claimed to have no much acquaintance with him. She responded to the notices and said she didn’t receive any and if received, she would attend. Reportedly, central crime branch (CCB) once again sent notices to appear today. Anushree gave a statement that she would appear before Mangaluru CCB today 11 a.m in person and tried to quash all the rumours that are tarnishing her image by asserting it as false news. Sources revealed that she reached the office.
