Santhana Prapthirasthu, starring Vikranth and Chandini Chowdary, is all set for a grand theatrical release on November 14. The film has already caught the audience’s attention through its musical promotions, with four chartbuster songs creating strong buzz ahead of its release. Today, the makers unveiled the hilarious and heartwarming trailer at a grand event.
The trailer opens with Tharun Bhascker as Jack Reddy, who curiously asks about the protagonist’s love story. Abhinav Gomatam, playing the friend, narrates the romantic journey of Vikranth and Chandini’s characters. Vikranth falls in love with Kalyani (Chandini Chowdary) and marries her despite her father’s opposition. In an effort to win his approval, the couple decides to have children so that he can experience the joy of grandparenthood.
However, the story takes a funny yet emotional twist when Vikranth discovers that he has a low sperm count, leading to a string of chaotic, humorous, and touching moments. Vennela Kishore shines as Dr. Bhramaram, helping Vikranth tackle his issue while adding his trademark comic flair to the narrative.
Promising a perfect mix of humor, emotion, and family drama, Santhana Prapthirasthu looks set to connect with audiences across all age groups. The film also features a strong supporting cast including Vennela Kishore, Tharun Bhascker, Abhinav Gomatam, Muralidhar Goud, Jeevan Kumar, Sri Lakshmi, Harshavardhan, Bindu Chandramouli, Satya Krishna, Abhay Betiganti, Kireeti, Anil Geela, and Saddam.
Produced by Madhura Sreedhar Reddy and Nirvi Hariprasad Reddy under Madhura Entertainment and Nirvi Arts, the film is directed by Sanjeev Reddy, known for ABCD starring Allu Sirish and the hit web series Aha Naa Pellanta featuring Raj Tarun. The screenplay is penned by Sheikh Dawood Ji, celebrated for his work on Venkatadri Express, Express Raja, and Ek Mini Katha.
