#SaveAmaravati: 100 days of farmers agitation

From the next day since AP CM YS Jagan said that the state might have three capitals, the farmers of Amaravati region have started agitating. Today the protest has reached 100 days and even in the Corona virus outbreak, farmers are continuing their fight.

TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu took to his official Twitter handle and urged the YSRCP government to give a second thought about ‘Three Capitals.’

“The AP government at least on humanitarian grounds should reconsider its decision. The strong will of farmers, women and others should be given a thought and the government should take back its decision,” tweeted Babu.

Further Chandrababu said, “The society should take a note of the agitation of Amaravati farmers who are even ready to sacrifice their lives for the capital.”
