Secunderabad sessions court granted bail to Bhuma Akhila Priya

Secunderabad Sessions Court has granted bail to TDP leader and former Andhra Pradesh Minister Bhuma Akhila Priya, who was arrested in the Boinapally kidnapping case which has created a sensation in both the Telugu states.

Akhila Priya, who was sentenced to Chanchalguda jail, was granted conditional bail by the court.

The court ordered two people to be as surety for her and also asked her to deposit Rs 10,000 as security.

Akhil Priya has also been asked to complete the custody hearing and is granted bail on health grounds.

She is expected to be released from Chanchalguda jail tomorrow. Meanwhile, the court struck down the anticipatory bail petition of Akhila Priya’s husband Bhargava Ram, who is absconding as an accused in the case.
