One of the most highly anticipated sequels in Tollywood, Nagarjuna Akkineni‘s Bangarraju has been in the news for an interesting reason.
We already reported that the film, which is slated to go on floors soon, will be starring Naga Chaitanya in a key role.
Now, the latest buzz is that senior actress Jayaprada has been approached to play a key role in Bangarraju. Reports suggest that the veteran actress has given a nod to star alongside Nagarjuna.
Bangarraju, a sequel to the 2016 blockbuster Soggade Chinni Nayana, will be helmed by Kalyan Krishna Kurasala, who directed SCN as well.
The film will feature Ramya Krishnan as the female lead. It is slated to hit screens next year. Annapurna Studios will produce the film.
