Young Rebel Star Prabhas became a pan-Indian with SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus ‘Baahubali’ franchise. When Prabhas is at the peak stage of career, he gave call sheets for more than 3 years just for a single film.
It is known that ‘Baahubali’ took more than 4 years to get completed and Prabhas only focussed on that film. Some of the people think that Rajamouli offered a hefty paycheck for Prabhas which is why the actor has signed the film. But, there is a shocking reason behind Prabhas signing that film. Prabhas’s father Mr. Uppalapati Surya Narayana Raju always wanted to see Prabhas as a king on the silver screens which is why Prabhas has accepted the project. But, unfortunately, Prabhas’ father passed away before the release of ‘Baahubali 1’. He breathed his last on February 12th, 2010.
On the other hand, Prabhas is currently busy shooting for his upcoming movie ‘Saaho’, a multicore action drama under the direction of Sujeeth. The movie is slated for August 15th, 2019.
