After the super shock given by LIE, hero Nitin took time to okay his next and is now coming up with Chal Mohan Ranga under the direction of Krishna Chaitanya. With just a few hours for the release, let us have a look at the film’s targets to be achieved at the box office.
Nitin’s previous flick LIE was made with almost 30 crores budget and the film got sold at around 25 crores when it comes to theatricals. With that film failing to recover even 10 crores ‘share’ properly, now Chal Mohan Ranga was sold at 16+ crores in Telugu states and it fetched 4+ crores from all other territories including Overseas and other Indian states. That means, the film should collect 20 crores ‘share’ from theatres to safeguard the investments of all the distributors.
With Summer holidays in place and with no other film apart from Rangasthalam at theatres, Nitin got plenty of time and opportunity to score a massive hit. Even in case if the talk comes out average, the film will easily collect 20 crores revenue. So we have to say that the target is very simple!!
Cut to the producers, excluding Nitin’s remuneration total film is wrapped in just 4 crores budget, say sources. In that case, Pawan Kalyan, Trivikram and Nitin’s father Sudhakar Reddy are already celebrating profits.
