SITA Trailer: Familiar Setting, Interesting Characters
Teja’s upcoming film SITA has interesting lead characters in a familiar setting. Contract marriage seems to be the theme with a villain modeled after Ravana.
Here Rama (Bellamkonda Srinivas) is an innocent yet a strong guy, while Sita (Kajal) is a selfish and arrogant lady.
Ravana (Sonu Sood) comes to take away SITA either hook or by crook. Teja has given away the plot of SITA in the trailer by showing key scenes and dialogues. However, ot still intrigues the viewers to know the complete story of it.
Kajal seems to have gotten an author backed role while Bellamkomda looks different from his previous films. We have to wair for the full feature to see if he has pulled it or not.
Sonu Sood is good as the bad guy and dialogues are raw and striking compared to other mainstream movies.
SITA promises to be a contemporary film with regular themes and setting.
Has Teja delivered another mass entertainer like Nene Raju Nene Mantri? We will know it on May 24. The film is bankrolled by AK Entertainments.

Dhurandhar Making Documentary Eyes Theatrical Release
April 22, 2026
Dhurandhar is gearing up for an interesting strategy, as its making-of documentary is reportedly being planned for a theatrical release. This move has instantly drawn comparisons with RRR, whose behind-the-scenes documentary also hit theatres before later arriving on OTT platforms.
While the RRR documentary managed to spark curiosity, its box office performance remained moderate despite the film’s massive global success. Now, the same question is being raised — will Dhurandhar follow a similar path and see a comparable response?
One of the biggest highlights surrounding Dhurandhar has been its grand scale and production design. The team reportedly recreated an elaborate artificial Pakistan setup in Bangkok, a detail that has impressed many within the industry. This aspect alone could attract audiences who are keen to explore the craftsmanship behind large-scale filmmaking.
Director Aditya Dhar, known for his technical precision, is expected to offer deeper insights into his vision through this documentary. However, trade analysts remain cautious. Unlike mainstream feature films, making-of documentaries generally have limited theatrical appeal and tend to attract a niche audience.
While curiosity and the film’s scale may bring some initial footfall, expectations suggest that the documentary might not deliver strong box office numbers — potentially mirroring the trend seen with RRR.
