Reel life villain Sonu Sood emerged as a real-life hero by lending a helping hand to the needy during and after the lockdown period. The actor traveled the extra mile to help migrants laborers, students, and others.
Keeping up his good work, Sonu Sood came to the rescue of the former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina’s aunt, who was hospitalised with a severe lung infection and Covid in Meerut.
To seek leads for an oxygen cylinder for her aunt in the Meerut city in Uttar Pradesh, Suresh Raina tweeted on Thursday. He even tagged UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to help him with the leads.
‘Urgent requirement of an oxygen cylinder in Meerut for my aunt. Age – 65. Hospitalised with Sever lung infection.Covid +. SPO2 without support 70. SPO2 with support 91. Kindly help with any leads. @myogiadityanath,’ Suresh Raina tweeted.
Suresh Raina didn’t receive any reply from the UP CM. But the savior Sonu Sood replied to Suresh Raina’s tweet and asked him to send the details so that the oxygen cylinder will be delivered.
“Send me the details bhai. Will get it delivered,” Sonu Sood tweeted.’ Oxygen cylinder reaching in 10 mins bhai,” the actor said in another tweet.
If people like Suresh Raina are requesting help for oxygen supply, we can understand the level of shortage in oxygen supply. At least seeing this, people should take the Covid-19 preventive measures seriously and follow them without fail.
