In the wake of growing media reports that claim, real hero Sonu Sood would join politics, he met AAP chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday. The duo addressed a joint press conference.
The Delhi government had announced Sonu Sood as the brand ambassador for the flagship scheme of ‘Desh Ke Mentors’ that aims at mentoring the students.
While addressing the media, Arvind Kejriwal had thanked Sonu Sood for accepting their request to be the brand ambassador of the scheme.
Sonu Sood had once again made it clear that he is not entering politics and he is happy to be a normal person. I often receive advice that I should enter politics, but I am happy this way, Sonu Sood said.
Adding further, Sonu Sood said, he is happy that he was chosen as the brand ambassador of ‘Desh Ke Mentors’. Guiding the students is a great thing, Sonu Sood maintained.
Sonu Sood is the best pick for the scheme. During the lockdown period, he had helped a lot of students by making arrangements for online classes and he provided wifi connectivity to a village to help the students attend online classes.
