Pradeep Ranganathan, who began his career as a director before making a successful transition to acting, has delivered massive hits with Love Today and Dragon. Now, the actor has two highly anticipated films lined up: Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) and Dude.

Initially, both films were announced as Diwali releases, sparking speculation about a potential clash between the two projects featuring the same actor. However, Pradeep recently clarified the situation.

Speaking at a public event, he confirmed that audiences will not face a self-clash. While Love Insurance Kompany was originally slated for a September release, the makers later announced that the film would now release on October 17. Subsequently, the producers of Dude confirmed their film’s release during Diwali.

LIK is directed by Vignesh Shivan, with Krithi Shetty as the female lead, while Dude is helmed by Keerthiswaran and stars Mamitha Baiju.

Pradeep summed up the updates, saying, “Dude or LIK – One of the two films will hit the screens for Diwali,” reassuring fans that they can enjoy his performances on the big screen during the festive season.
