Release Date Clarity Emerges for Ravi Teja’s “Eagle” After Chamber Negotiations
The release date for Ravi Teja’s highly anticipated film “Eagle” was confirmed as February 9th after negotiations involving the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce, producers, and other stakeholders. Initially planned for a Sankranti release, “Eagle” was postponed to accommodate other films but faced further complications with multiple movies announcing February 9th as their release date.
Upon receiving a plea from People Media Factory, producers of “Eagle,” the Film Chamber intervened and prompted adjustments to avoid a clash. As a result, Sundeep Kishan’s “Ooru Peru Bhairavakona” shifted its release to February 16th, ensuring a solo run for “Eagle” on February 9th. “Laal Salam,” a dubbed Tamil film featuring Rajinikanth, will also release on the same date, but the “Eagle” team expressed confidence in navigating the competition.
Dil Raju, President of the Film Chamber, further highlighted a productive meeting with Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (Revanth Reddy). The meeting saw industry representatives present challenges faced by the Telugu film industry and propose solutions. The Chief Minister reportedly expressed willingness to support the industry and agreed to discuss further in an upcoming meeting.
