After ‘Sye Raa’, Surender Reddy got an unexpected break and he is back to being busy once again. He is working on the script of Akhil’s film which will start once the latter finishes ‘Most Eligible Bachelor’. Apart from his first film, Akhil worked only in romantic entertainers but Surender Reddy is reportedly planning something different and big for him.
As we know, Akhil is already taking horse-riding lessons for this film. Surender Reddy worked on commercial films that are high on style and entertainment till date. He remade ‘Thani Oruvan’ as ‘Dhruva’ and tried his hand in the historic genre with ‘Dhruva’.
News is that Surender Reddy is going to make a socio-fantasy film with Akhil. While Akhil’s debut film was a socio-fantasy that failed badly, Surender Reddy will be handling this genre for the first. Grapevine suggests that Akhil will be seen doing a double role in this flick which is expected to start next month. The film is aiming for an August release and Surender Reddy will be working on Pawan’s film then. Hope Akhil gets his much-required big hit with Surender Reddy’s flick at least.
