Anchor and actress Jhansi, who serves as a key member of the Tollywood Sexual Harassment Committee, recently shared an important update on social media. She revealed that the Film Chamber of Commerce had won a significant case against choreographer Jani Master related to workplace harassment.

After it was established that sexual harassment had occurred in the workplace, Jani Master challenged the decision in the District Court. However, the court dismissed his application, reaffirming the importance of safeguarding women in the workplace.

Jhansi highlighted that this ruling once again underscored the critical need for strict adherence to POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) guidelines within all organizations. She emphasized the importance of having such policies in place to ensure a safe and secure work environment. In her post, Jhansi also expressed gratitude to the Film Chamber of Commerce and its federation for their ongoing efforts in fighting against sexual harassment within the industry.
