Tamil superstar Suriya, who won the hearts of Telugu audiences with the unforgettable Ghajini — a landmark film in his career — is now teaming up with successful filmmaker Venky Atluri for an exciting new venture. Known for his emotionally engaging yet commercially successful storytelling, Venky Atluri promises to bring something special to the table with this ambitious project.
The much-anticipated bilingual film, being made in both Telugu and Tamil, has officially gone on floors. Tentatively titled Suriya 46 – Sithara Entertainments Production No. 33, the film’s shoot has commenced, generating significant buzz across both industries.
To kickstart the promotions, the makers unveiled a striking poster featuring Suriya in a stylish back pose, paired with the tagline “And the Celebration Begins.” This has set an energetic and festive tone for the project right from the start. The film is expected to be a fun-filled family entertainer packed with emotions, aiming to connect with audiences across regions.
Joining Suriya in this cinematic journey is Mamitha Baiju as the female lead, while seasoned actors Raveena Tandon and Radhika Sarathkumar will play pivotal roles. Music sensation GV Prakash Kumar, who has delivered successful albums for Venky Atluri in the past, is composing the soundtrack. The film also boasts a stellar technical crew, including cinematographer Nimish Ravi and editor Navin Nooli.
Produced by S. Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, and presented by Srikara Studios, the film promises rich production values and a captivating cinematic experience. The makers are aiming for a grand release in Summer 2026.
