Congress core committee will meet here and discuss the Telangana issue on Sunday evening.
As the home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde will be leaving for a tour of Bangladesh on Monday, sources said he would make a formal announcement on Sunday evening itself.
He may issue a signed statement officially, after the core committee meeting, say official sources.
