Amidst the plethora of movies the eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma is coming up with, his latest offering raised many eyebrows. Well, Ramu named his new venture as ‘Savitri’ and the stills from the film stumped the viewers. The story revolves around a kid entering teens and his fantasy towards a woman.
However, the latest update is that the title has been changed and from ‘Savitri’ RGV has changed it to ‘Sridevi’. Inside reports reveal ‘Savitri’ was a title registered by a producer long ago. The film chamber should not give the title to someone else when it is already registered by someone else.
For some reason they did it and now they realized their folly and cancelled it. That is how ‘Savitri’ became RGV’s ‘Sridevi’. So, if you are thinking that because few criticisms came that a good and respected name like ‘Savitri’ was polluted then be rest assured that RGV is least bothered about those comments and changed it due to the technical glitch.
