The talk of the town is cinematographer Ratnavelu’s new and brilliant technique being used for Mahesh Babu and Anil Ravipudi’s Sarileru Neekevvaru. Buzz in Tollywood is that Ratnavelu has used a new technique laced with technology for Sarileru and the word has gone out in the market where industry people are curious about this update.
For the CG works, usually, the makers have to wait for the final CG output. And the unit has to shoot keeping the CG work in mind. The actors, cinematographer and director have to visualize the CG output in their respective minds and shoot accordingly. But in a revolutionary change, Ratnavelu had got the CG plates ready before the shoot. With this, it comes in handy as the unit could see how the final output would actually shape up based on these CG plates.
Ratnavelu has done this for Sarileru Neekevvaru and Mahesh is said to be quite happy and excited with this. It is buzzed that Ratnavelu is getting a lot of inquiries on this from industry folks and other producers who want to adapt this to their films. This is indeed a big step forward in filmmaking in Tollywood, all thanks to new technology.
