Acclaimed filmmaker Praveen Sattaru who is known for his movies like ‘Chandamama Kathalu’, ‘Guntur Talkies’, ‘PSV Garudavega’ and others has teamed up with King Nagarjuna for a slick action thriller titled ‘The Ghost’. Nagarjuna is riding high on the success of ‘Bangarraju’ and his collaboration with Praveen Sattaru is going to offer a first-of-its-kind movie-watching experience to the cine-goers. There’s lots of discussion about Tamahagane, ever since the makers of King Nagarjuna starrer The Ghost revealed his choice of weapon.
The makers revealed a promo showcasing how the Tamahagane is made. It’s a Japanese Katana (sword) made of the rare and precious steel. Nagarjuna said that it is a legendary metal for the Katana of the fiercest of warriors through the ages. The promo actually begins with someone cautioning Nagarjuna about the entire underworld coming for him. We can see a file named ‘Red Notice’ in the drawer which apparently has all the secrets about the underworld.
He opens a box and finds a raw steel called Tamahagane. Nag cuts a hard steel into two pieces which shows the sharpness of the object. He makes a sharp sword with it to take on the underworld. “The sword feels proud in the hands of The King,” reads the quote in the promo. It is announced that the theatrical trailer of this film will be coming out on 25th August.
‘The Ghost’ is coming out during the Dasara festive season i.e. on October 5th which is an advantage. Sultry and sensuous beauty Sonal Chauhan is playing the female lead in this project while Gul Panag and Anikha Surendran are the other prominent cast.
