Rumors started circulating that Nasha was shoehorned into the narrative of Raid 2 solely for publicity purposes, rather than being part of the original storyline. The censor board did suggest some cuts for a ‘U’ certificate, but we decided not to trim anything. The song Nasha is an integral part of the narrative, not a last-minute addition. Whether it’s a thriller or not, it perfectly fits within the story’s texture.”
