The coronavirus spread in scaring the people and officials with shocking new cases every day in Telangana. The state health bulletin released a while back has reported 66 new cases from today making it to a total of 766 so far in Telangana.
The spread and infected cases in Telangana seem to be high in the GHMC area with around 417 cases from the total 766. There are 562 active cases and 186 recovered so far from the infection. There are no new deaths today, while the total number of people who died due to the COVID-19 in Telangana is 18.
The lockdown in the state has been extended to May 3rd already with more containment areas and red zones. The new cases rise each day in the state are worrying officials who are said to be planning to lift the shutdown by phase wise after the announced lockdown end date.
