Earlier this month, the Telangana government led by CM KCR allotted 2+2 gunmen for YS Sharmila, daughter of former Chief Minister of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy.
However, the Telangana government is said to have withdrawn the security personnel assigned to Sharmila reportedly.’
YS Sharmila, who had ventured into electoral politics to bring Rajanna Rajya to the people of Telangana is taking the required steps in this regard. She has become critical of the TRS government.
Recently, Sharmila has sat for a hunger strike to demand job notification for government jobs in various departments. Police have stepped in to stop her hunger strike after her health deteriorated.
Before announcing the hunger strike, Sharmila accused the KCR government of not developing the state and said, CM KCR has failed to meet the aspirations of the Telangana people.
