Aaditya Thackeray, the grandson of the late Bal Thackeray became the first person from the Thackeray family to take poll battle in five decades. Aaditya Thackeray is contesting in the Maharashtra assembly from Worli constituency and has filed his nomination on Thursday.
Before that Aaditya took to his Twitter and shared a picture in which he is bowing down to his grandfather Bal Thackeray’s photo. He staged a road show before filing the nomination and after filing, Aaditya made sensational comments that soon Maharasthra will have a Shiva Sena chief minister.
Seems like Aaditya got carried away and revealed his aspirations too early to sit on the CM’s chair.
Coming to the affidavit filed by Aaditya, he declared his total assets of Rs 16.05 crore. Movable assets are valued at Rs 11.38 crore while the immovable assets are Rs 4.67 crore. About his educational qualifications, Aaditya did his Bachelor of Arts in 2011 and acquired ‘Bachelor of Laws’ degree in 2015.
The Thackeray scion also owns a BMW car worth Rs 6.5 Lakh and jewellery, bullion and other valuables worth Rs 64.65 lakh.
