The Naagin actress Mouni Roy is stranded in UAE due to the lockdown which is in fourth phase. The actress had been to Abu Dhabi in March for a magazine shoot. She was supposed to stay there for at least a month presumably till April 15th, but the shoot forestalled causing a prolonged stay and the actress says sadly she is left with four pair of clothes.
Since the lockdown was declared in March 2020, Mouni said she never expected that Indian government implements a strict ban on international flights globally. Nevertheless, she is staying with her childhood chum, Anish Varma and seem to have a gala time with her nieces and nephews.
On the flip side, she is also extremely worrisome about her parents who are in Cooch Behar.
“I have been checking on them every day,”. “I am relieved that my brother is by mom’s side at this time. My cousins also live close by, that’s an added advantage.” She said.
She expressed many must have been experiencing anxiety and calmness during this trouble time. “Everybody around the world is going through a hard time. So, I sought solace in the fact that I have a roof over my head and a warm family, away from home. That said, I am eager to return to India.”, Mouni is staring in a massive budget fantasy film, Brahmastra , which is in the pipeline. The film hsd Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan in the prominent roles.
