He has a solid market of Rs. 30 crore now and for Kavacham they made sure to keep the budget under Rs. 30 crore mark.This has paid off for its makers as they are likely to make six to seven crore profit prior to release.
Satellite, digital and other rights were bagged for Rs. 15 crore and the theatricals fetched around Rs. 20 crore as per trade sources. The budget of Kavacham is around Rs. 28 crore.Going by the business figures of Kavacham, Bellamkondas have decided to keep the budget of Teja’s film under Rs. 30 crore.
With a senior director like Teja at the helm, the film is likely to fetch higher prices if Kavacham turns out to be a commercial success.
