We all know how good Allari Naresh is as an actor in comedy roles. He created a niche for himself in the genre and even completed 50 films in the same. Allari Naresh is out of his comfort zone and doing other roles too. Super Star Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi is a baby step in that.

Yet again the talented actor took such a role and he is all set to mesmerize us. In his upcoming film, he is playing an election officer who is very strict when it comes to his job. Titled ‘Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam’ the social drama film is helmed by AR Mohan.

Going by trailer we can expect that the film deals with sensitive issues that are related to elections. It mainly highlights how people who live close to forests are ignored by the politicians and how they are seen as voters and nothing more than that.

Allari Naresh gets to know various sensitive issues and he stands as a saviour to the village where tribals live in big numbers. He gets involved in a tense situation and the government ropes cops and forces to bring the situation under control. What happens next forms the crux of the story.

Allari Naresh is playing a sensible and strict election officer in the upcoming film which is bankrolled by Razesh Danda under the Hasya Movies banner. The upcoming film is slated for a grand release on the 25th of this month and Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam is already having a positive buzz.

The Allari Naresh starrer has an ensemble cast of Sampath Raj, Anandhi, Vennela Kishore, and others. Sampath Raj is playing a serious cop while Vennela Kishore is an assistant to Naresh.

On the work front, Allari Naresh also has ‘Ugram’ in hand. The shooting started earlier last month and the project was announced in a big way. Ugram marks the second collaboration of Allari Naresh and Vijay Kanakamedala after Naandhi. Urgram is bankrolled by one of the happening production houses in the Tollywood industry Shine Screens and Ugram is the fifth project of the production house. Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi are the producers.

Actress Shruti Haasan recently won hearts with a touching gesture when she met a baby suffering from a rare genetic condition. The family of the child, Aazhvi, shared pictures from the meeting on social media and expressed immense gratitude, calling the encounter “truly special.”

Sharing their experience, the parents wrote, “They say you should never meet your heroes, but clearly they haven’t met @shrutzhaasan. I have always been someone who feels a lot but says very little, and today my heart is just overflowing. This meeting was a milestone.” They highlighted Shruti Haasan’s warmth and humility, saying, “What touched us the most was not just her presence, but her incredible kindness. Being invited into her private space was a rare gift, but the way she welcomed us felt like family. The way she was with Aazhvi — so sweet, patient, and genuinely warm — is something we will hold onto forever.” They added that their daughter’s face lit up during the interaction, especially when Shruti thoughtfully gifted her a big bag of biscuits, calling the actor “the definition of down to earth.” Shruti responded to the post with heart emojis.

The parents also shared details of their child’s medical journey. Born in 2023, Aazhvi was diagnosed with MSMD (Mendelian Susceptibility to Mycobacterial Diseases), a rare genetic disorder, and faced serious health challenges from a few months old, ultimately requiring a bone marrow transplant in 2025. In an emotional note, they added, “They say when God can’t reach us, He sends someone. For us, that someone was Ms Shruti Haasan — truly godsent. She guided us to an incredible team of doctors, especially Dr Dharani and Dr Divya, and through them, we reached some of the best specialists across the country.”

Shruti Haasan’s compassionate gesture and genuine empathy have drawn widespread praise, with many lauding her for her humanity and kindness beyond the spotlight.
