Twitter asked users to change Password immediately

These days many tech giants are facing various issues of data thefts and also data being sold to third parties. At the moment when the ripples caused by Cambridge Analytica are still fresh in the minds of Facebook users, here comes a jolt.

It is revealed that a bug in Twitter has exposed the passwords of every user to the people working at Twitter. Actually, the passwords we create are generally shared as masked random alphabet versions on the Twitter in order to cross-check when a user logins. But a bug has caused to expose those random letters into the real version. That caused a panic everywhere.

However, Twitter has confirmed other day that they have sorted out the issue and confirmed fixing the bug such that no password of any user will be exposed to anyone working at Twitter. Just in case, if people still have doubts, they could change their password again, said Twitter through a blog post.

In this digital age, data is the biggest thing and any breach of its privacy is going to upset millions of people and cause some irreversible loss as well. So better be careful while choosing a password and sharing passwords on other websites.
