Super Star Mahesh Babu in the recent times has changed a lot. He is not doing any movie out of obligation. Even if the director is very close to him, Mahesh Babu is okaying if and only if he is impressed with the script.
This decision has indeed become a blessing in disguise for the star. He has scored hat-trick with his latest films now. His last film Sarileru Neekevvaru has ended up as Mahesh’s highest grosser. It has even registered highest ever TRP for a Telugu film.
Mahesh Babu was in confusion for some months about his next. After considering Vamsi Paidipally and Parasuram, Mahesh has finally given his nod to the latter. While pre production works are about to start corona virus has stopped it. Earlier it was reported that Keerthy Suresh is being considered for female lead role but that was ruled out later.
Later Kiara Advani who made her Telugu debut with Mahesh Babu’s Bharat Ane Nenu is also considered. But the latest reports are that either Sara Ali Khan or Kiara Advani will grab this chance. Both have equal opportunities now. Mahesh Babu is asking directors to rope in younger heroines besides him. So for this time, they are going for Bollywood heroines.
