December 3, 2025

Actor Aadi Pinisetty is known for his versatile film choices. He is one of the few actors who consistently balances his career by taking up both lead roles and strong character roles. This December is turning out to be a special month for him, as he is set to have two releases within just one week.

This week, Aadi will be seen in Akhanda 2 as the antagonist. Directed by Boyapati Srinu, the Balakrishna-starrer mass action drama is gearing up for a worldwide release on Friday, December 5. Aadi’s character in this film is unlike anything he has attempted before, making it one of the most talked-about roles of his career.

On the other hand, Aadi’s next film, Drive, will arrive in theatres on December 12, exactly a week after Akhanda 2. This time, he headlines the project as the lead hero. Directed by Jenuse Mohamed, the film stars Madonna Sebastian as the female lead. The teaser for Drive will be unveiled tomorrow evening.

With Akhanda 2 releasing first and expected to generate massive buzz, the momentum will naturally carry forward to Drive as well. Perhaps this is why the makers of Drive chose a quick back-to-back release strategy to capitalise on Aadi’s visibility.

Overall, the actor is geared up for an exciting week—one film presenting him as a powerful antagonist and the other showcasing him as the protagonist. Aadi Pinisetty is clearly aiming for double success as he closes the year with two contrasting and promising films.
