Upasana Kamineni Konidela, wife of Global Star Ram Charan and CEO of CSR, Apollo Hospitals, is once again making headlines for her proactive approach towards healthcare awareness. Known for her impactful philanthropy and wellness initiatives, Upasana previously inspired thousands with her personal fitness transformation campaign, encouraging many to adopt healthier lifestyles through disciplined diet and workout routines.

Taking her mission forward, Upasana has now joined hands with FUJIFILM India to launch a massive CSR campaign aimed at raising awareness about Breast Cancer. Titled “Find it Early, Fight it Early”, this crucial campaign will run across 23 cities in India, focusing on the importance of early detection and timely intervention in the fight against breast cancer — a growing health concern among women.

Speaking about the initiative, Upasana said, “As healthcare leaders, our role extends beyond treatment; it involves creating awareness, providing education, and ensuring access to preventive care. Breast cancer claims far too many lives due to a lack of timely information and resources. This partnership with FUJIFILM India is a collective effort to empower women with knowledge and encourage them to act early, potentially saving lives.”

The campaign will be executed by the Apollo Telemedicine Networking Foundation and aims to reach at least 1 lakh women, educating them on self-examination techniques and familiarizing them with early symptoms of breast cancer. Through these awareness drives, the initiative hopes to minimize health risks and promote early diagnosis, which can significantly improve recovery outcomes.

With this campaign, Upasana once again underscores her commitment to public health, using her platform to spread vital information and make a meaningful difference in countless lives.
