However many don’t know that he is a successful businessman and runs a real estate business. The firm that was set up by his father was renamed as The Trump Organization by Donald Trump himself and he runs it. The firm is into renovating skyscrapers and building luxury properties.
In a bid to expand its reach, Donald Trump is reportedly trying to make investments in India. It is said that the investments are likely to be made in five cities including pearl city Hyderabad. The investments are aimed at constructing high-end luxury properties in these cities.
Metro cities are the big platform for real estate companies as rich people prefer staying in luxury properties. If we talk about Mumbai, Bandra is such an area, and apartment costs around between 2-5 lakhs on rent. In Hyderabad Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills areas are posh areas and rich people across the fields live there.
With Trump’s company coming to India, we might see many luxury properties in these cities. It is said that Donald Trump’s company will make big investments to the tune of thousands of crores in a phased manner. It is said that the company will do investments by joining hands with big companies in these selected cities.
Media reports say that Donald Trump’s company might make investments in cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi NCR . One project will come to each of these cities. The company will bring projects in Chandigarh and Ludhiana as well.
However, Donald Trump will not make investments in the projects as he does in the United States. The Tribeca Developers based in the national capital Delhi is taking care of the investments. The towers in two cities were finished already while the work is going on in two cities.
