Super Star Mahesh Babu is firm when it comes to projects. There are no qualms from his side to reject a story. Vamsi Paidipally who was very happy to direct Mahesh in a row was taken aback when the Super Star rejected his story. However without scrapping the project completely, Mahesh has given ample time for Vamsi to come up with new story.
Recently Vamsi met Mahesh and narrated a new line to which the Super Star got impressed. Now Vamsi needs new writing team to convert this line into a bound script. There is no deadline for Vamsi to complete the script.
Mahesh will play an extended guest role in Chiranjeevi’s Acharya and his next movie will be launched in second half of 2020. So Vamsi has solid three months gap to come up with full script.
On the other hand Parasuram too came into picture with Vamsi’s project put on hold. Parasuram who was supposed to direct Naga Chaitanya put that project on hold and is now interested in Mahesh’s one.
However he too needs to impress Super Star with bound script. Whoever comes first will have advantage to direct Mahesh. We have to wait for few months to see how things shape up.
