Varun Tej- Puri Project Shelved

Grapevine in the Industry is that Varun Tej’s debut project under the direction of Puri Jagannath got shelved for the reasons best known to them and the director has now decided to cast another young hero for the project.

Puri Jagannath will be directing Nithin who has replaced Varun Tej and the shoot of this love story ‘Heart Attack’ will begin from August this year. The director himself will be producing the flick on home banner Vaishno Academy.

Nithin expressed his happiness over signing the project which will be directed by the top league director. ‘Heard an amazing love story. Director is Puri. Shoot starts from August,’ revealed the actor.

Seems like, Nithin is currently going through the dream phase of his career. Post the back-to-back hits like ‘Ishq’ and ‘Gunde Jaari Gallanthayinde’, this young hero has been working for Gautham Menon’s production ‘Courier Boy Kalyan’ and will soon join Puri’s camp.

At the moment, it appears like Varun’s loss is Nithin’s gain!
