The craze surrounding Tamil superstar Vijay’s new movie ‘Theri’ is astounding and the movie’s trailer is trending on the social media on top from the last 16 hours.
The movie’s trailer is all set to cross 1.5 million views even before 24 hours pass. Such impact the trailer has created, such is the craze Vijay has now among South Indian film audiences.
In the past, only Superstar Rajinikanth used to have such craze in South India. Recently many thought our Tollywood superstars Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh Babu have such equal popularity in all the five states in South India.
Although it is true that Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh Babu has extended the markets for Telugu movies with their great star power but today it seems Vijay is having more popularity than Pawan and Mahesh Babu.
Vijay is also in the same age bracket of Mahesh Babu. Though he is yet to crack the Telugu market but he has market almost on par with Rajinikanth in Kerala and Karnataka apart from his home state Tamilnadu. In Telugu states too, he is slowly making inroads.
