Vijay Deverakonda is collaborating with director Rahul Sankrityayan, marking their second outing after the successful Taxiwala. After wrapping up work on his current film Kingdom, Vijay is expected to dive into this exciting new venture. Initially, several actresses were considered for the lead role, but the makers have now finalized Rashmika Mandanna to star opposite Vijay.
This marks their first on-screen reunion in nearly five years, following the blockbuster success of Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade. Their pairing has consistently been a fan favorite, and expectations are sky-high for their next collaboration.
The yet-untitled project will be a pan-India release, hitting screens in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. Meanwhile, Rashmika is also busy shooting Thama alongside Ayushmann Khurrana.
