Bollywood’s elite director and producer Karan Johar celebrated his 50th birthday in the most lavish way possible. Karan invited everyone he knows in the industry and celebrities were at their glamorous best on the party night. The whole event was a feast for the shutterbugs as every known face in Bollywood posed for the camera.
Starting from Shah Rukh, Aamir and Salman to youngsters like Janhvi, Shanaya and Ananya, everyone was there at the event and made the night a special one for Karan Johar. What’s more interesting is the fact that there were only a few people from the South Indian film industry. Rashmika Mandanna was present at the event since she is working on a couple of Bollywood projects but it is Vijay Deverakonda who turned out to be the only hero from South India at Karan Johar’s birthday bash.
Karan has a great relationship with people like Rana, Prabhas and Rajamouli but they were nowhere to be seen. But young sensation Vijay Deverakonda turned up in a dapper black suit and looked stylish on the night. He looked absolutely handsome and fans were very happy to see him at the event. Karan also invited dashing director Puri Jagannadh who attended along with his business partner Charmee Kaur.
Looks like he invited Deverakonda due to his friendly relationship with Hindi heroes and it is Karan Johar who is launching him in Bollywood with ‘Liger’. This stylish action flick is directed by Puri Jagannadh and young Bollywood beauty Ananya Pandey will be seen romancing Vijay on the screen. This movie set in a boxing backdrop is going to hit the screens on 25th August.
