Sooner or later the TDP legislator Ganta Srinivas Rao may shift his loyalties to YSR Congress Party thereby becoming the 5th TDP MLA to join the ruling party after the 2019 elections. Formerly, this Vizag’s business Tycoon’s son would get admitted to the YSRC in the presence of party president and chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at the latter’s Tadepalli camp office on Tuesday.
Now, this seems to hurt the YSRCP’s No.2 and the in-charge of the party’s internal affairs in Northern coastal Andhra Pradesh, Vijay Sai Reddy. Sai Reddy has his differences with Ganta but now he is left with no option but to reconcile with the TDP MLA. Similarly, state tourism minister Avanti Srinivas also has been opposing Ganta’s entry into the YSRC.
Of course, both Sai Reddy and Avanti Srinivas tried their best to stall the entry of Ganta into the party by making serious allegations of corruption on Ganta but the bossman, YS Jagan gave no ear to their cry. Sai Reddy has been the man with full of worries in the party for quite a period of time.
Now, all that he can do now is to see that Ganta doesn’t dominate the party affairs in Visakhapatnam. Meanwhile, Sai Reddy seems to be the one who was comprised in this situation as he indirectly admitted Ganta’s defection into the party when the media person asked him about the speculations.
