In a tweet, Sai Reddy confirmed his resignation from both the primary and party membership, which he submitted to Jagan upon his return to India. Despite his exit from active politics, he expressed a bold and heartfelt wish for Jagan’s political future: “I wholeheartedly wish that Sri YS Jagan will once again become the Chief Minister with a huge majority in the 2029 elections. I would like to thank everyone who has supported me on my political journey,” he wrote.
Sai Reddy has long been considered one of Jagan’s loyalists, and while there were rumors suggesting a rift between the two, his recent statements reflect that his allegiance to Jagan remains unshaken.
