GHMC Issues Demolition Notice to Allu Arjun’s Family Property
The family of Icon Star Allu Arjun has found itself in a legal tussle after the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) issued a demolition notice against their property in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
At the center of the dispute is an allegedly unauthorized penthouse built atop the Allu Business Park. GHMC officials confirmed that while permission had been granted for a four-storey building, a fifth-floor penthouse was constructed without prior approval. The civic body has now directed the owners to justify why the illegal structure should not be demolished. As of Tuesday afternoon, the Allu family had not yet issued an official response.
The development comes at an emotionally delicate time for the family. On Monday, producer Allu Aravind hosted a prayer meeting to honor his late mother, Allu Kanakaratnamma, wife of veteran actor Allu Ramalingaiah.
The ceremony was attended by Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, Megastar Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, and several members of the Mega family and film industry, where Allu Aravind paid heartfelt tributes to his mother.
While the Allu family continues to cope with personal grief, the GHMC notice has added a fresh challenge, putting their Jubilee Hills property under scrutiny.
