The film was simultaneously made in both Telugu and Tamil with Simbu as the lead there and Chaitu here. As controversies surrounded Simbu, the film got sidelined and delayed many times.
Two teasers and one song were released and the song became a super hit. But no one knows when the film would be released.He even started working on ‘Premam’, a remake of Malayalam film. The film was made at a rapid pace and it was expected to release in summer. But the film may be postponed to June or July as many films are lined up in summer. The first look and posters brought good buzz over the film.
Not only Chaitu, but other Akkineni heroes like Sushanth and Sumanth too were not seen anywhere. Even Akhil is yet to start is second film. But senior actor Nag is running ahead of all these heroes already by releasing two films this year.
