Legendary filmmaker K Raghavendra Rao has directed hundreds of films with an unstoppable success rate. In his career spanning of 50 years, the veteran has always stayed behind the screen and does not come in front of the camera.Even the late legendary director Dasari Narayana Rao has made his mark as an actor while working as a director, Raghavendra Rao was never interested in making his acting debut.
But for the first time in his career, Raghavendra Rao is coming out of his comfort zone to play a full-length character in a film. He will be playing a pivotal role in a film directed by Tanikella Bharani. As per reports, the film will be a women-centric with Samantha Akkineni, Ramya Krishna, Shriya Saran and a debutant girl as the four female leads. Sources revealed that his role will be similar lines in the films like Pink essayed by Amitabh Bachchan.
Seems like the ace director wanted to make his mark as an actor after all these years in the industry. However, after the news went viral, his fans and audience welcome his decision to appear on the screen at the age of 78.
