Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is in Delhi today meeting BJP major players one after the other to discuss about special status as well as other issues related to the state. He also met President of India Sri Pranab Mukherjee. Babu is accompanied by Urban Development, Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu.
The TDP chief has unknowingly made a gaffe while informing about the purpose of his meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to his followers on social net. Chandrababu tweeted: ‘Met Hon’ble Prime Minister @narendramodiji. Discussed about the dire need for Special Status & Special package to AP.’
Modi’s Twitter handle is @narendramodi. However, Chandrababu by mistake tagged his post to the fake ID: @narendramodiji. He might have thought of respecting Modi by adding ‘ji’ that in fact went completely wrong as he tagged the fake Modi.
It may be recalled that, Modi promised Chandrababu to fulfill all the needs of Andhra Pradesh including special status, package to construct capital state and others if TDP would join NDA ally prior to the general elections in 2014. However, the NDA boss is delaying to execute the pledges he made. Hope, Chandrababu’s latest meeting with Modi will turn fruitful.
