People are not showing a lot of interest in the weekend’s releases. A bunch of small films are arriving this Friday but everyone’s focus is on the next weekend which will have biggies like ‘Jailer’ and ‘Bholaa Shankar’ hitting the screens. While the trailer of Chiranjeevi’s film was released a week back, the theatrical trailer of superstar Rajnikanth’s ‘Jailer’ arrived on Wednesday in all languages.
It was a well-edited trailer that showcased Rajni’s aura and star power perfectly. Also, we get a feeling that Nelson is going to show us something interesting and different. Rajni’s dialogues, and screen presence paired with Anirudh’s pulsating background scores in the trailer took the expectations to another level. Fans are overjoyed with this ‘Showcase’ and they can’t wait for 10th August.
But Tamannaah is nowhere to be seen in the video which disappointed her fans. Right from the beginning, it was Milky Beauty who brought hype on the film and kept it in the news constantly with her viral dance moves in ‘Kaavalaa’ song. Her glamour and graceful dance made the song as well as the movie very popular across the nation. Everyone did shorts and reels on this song and Tamannaah stood as the main attraction at the audio launch in Chennai as well.
Not including her in the trailer has left a lot of people stunned. Not a single frame of Tamannaah was used in the trailer. Fans are dismayed by it but sources say that the makers kept her character under wraps for a reason. Not just Tamannaah but they even hid the character played by Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar as well. It looks like the makers wanted to give a lot of surprises to the audience in theatres. Let us wait and see.
