Tollywood heartthrob Vijay Deverakonda went on a signing spree recently. He announced projects with star directors Puri Jagannadh and Sukumar and even completed Liger with the former.
But it was initially reported that Vijay might be working with Sukumar for his immediate next project after Liger. But that did not happen and Vijay has now kickstarted his next project with Puri Jagannadh. This will be their second collaboration after Liger.
Now, netizens are commenting what has happened to Vijay’s next with Sukumar. Even Vijay’s fans on social media are commenting that there has been no update on the project for many months now and they are starting to wonder if this project is actually happening or not.
Vijay is busy with Puri’s JGM and Sukumar is busy with Pushpa 2 now. There has been no update on their collaborative project for a while now and this is leaving even Vijay’s fans a bit worried now.
People are now commenting if Vijay is actually ignoring Sukumar and that could be the reason why he is not making any announcement on this project for many months now.
But it needs to be noted that both Vijay and Sukumar are busy with their forthcoming projects now. Vijay will soon commence shooting for JGM, his immediate next collaboration with Puri Jagannadh after Liger and at the same time, even Sukumar is busy with the second installment of Pushpa which will hit the floors soon.
Vijay simply wouldn’t miss the golden opportunity of working with a star director like Sukumar and this project most certainly is not shelved. The lack of update might frustrate fans but this film will very much happen, no matter what.
An affirmative update on the project might be made in the next few months once both Vijay and Sukumar turn available.
