And this time she wants to turn ghost rather playing the victim card. As per the latest update, she has signed up for the Tamil remake of recent release Anushka Sharma’s Pari. Though the actress is quite familiar with the horror genre in the past like Maya and Dora, in none of these films, she appeared as ghost on-screen.
Nayanthara is the first choice for glamorous roles in commercial films in any South film industry in the recent past. And she shared screen space with almost all the star heroes in Tamil and Telugu industries. With her beauty and skin show, she managed to steal the limelight many times and now trying something new. But now she changed path and taking up different films. That’s how she is likely to land in Pari remake as well.
Pari is one of the best horror films in Bollywood and Anushka received huge applause for her impeccable and scariest performance. However, the film failed at the box office. Many say that audiences are unable to digest hottie Anushka in such cruel looks. So what is the case with Nayantara then? Will they allow her to scare them?
Coming to direct Telugu films, Nayantara is sharing screen space with Chiranjeevi in his prestigious project Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, which is being directed by Surender Reddy. She appeared in Balayya’s Jai Simha early this year.
