Pawan Kalyan’s futile attempts to target TV9’s Srini Raju and the TDP are turning out to be a total damp squib. While Pawan has been promising to ‘leak’ several sensational revelations about the TV9-TDP nexus, all the videos or documents the Janasena president has been tweeting over the past few days are quite old and already known to public.
In yet another so called revelation, Pawan took to Twitter this evening and ‘leaked’ the details of Srini Raju’s donation to TDP during 2009-2010. The document which Pawan published reveals Srini Raju’s full name as Srinivasa Raju Chalapathi, his residential address in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, his PAN number and his donation of Rs. 10,000,000 to TDP.
The document clearly shows that Srini Raju had made the donation through a cheque. This proves that the donation was legal and there is hardly anything suspicious to make much fuss about it. Industrialists donating to political parties is nothing new.
Pawan’s latest move is being termed as silly and many are openly asking him if he can dare reveal the list of donors who had donated to his brother Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam Party during the 2009 general elections.
In fact, there were numerous allegations on the PRP during those days and an NRI had openly alleged that the PRP heads were asking for a huge donation to allot him a party ticket. “Is Pawan ready to talk about it,” ask many.
