SS Rajamouli‘s upcoming magnum opus RRR, fronted by Jr. NTR and Ram Charan, is one of the most awaited films of the year. The film has caught everyone’s attention since the inception, and a pre-release business of Rs 900 crore is solid proof of it. The makers of the film have announced that RRR will hit the screens on October 13.
However, the second wave of Coronavirus has surely halted the plans of the film industry. Several films, which were scheduled to hit big screens in the next two months, have pushed their release dates. Now, most of the fans think RRR will also skip its actual release date and opt for a new date.
After considering other films’ release dates and pandemic, the makers might think about postponing RRR to Sankranthi 2022. However, pushing the release for next year will surely affect NTR and Ram Charan’s new movies. As of now, Rajamouli is sticking with the October release and he doesn’t want to postpone it any further. Only time will tell what happens next.
