It is a common thing for everyone to come to the office to do their job. With the advent of internet, ‘Work from Home’ came into picture but is confined only to 15% of the job market. This trend is expected to be 50% by 2025. But with the attack of Corona Virus, almost all the companies were offering ‘Work from Home’ options to their employees.
In fact, all the companies were testing the ‘Work from Home’ approach to the core. If the companies manage to pull out maximum work from this approach, we can expect the ‘Work from Home’ culture to dominate the traditional working culture pretty soon.
In one sense, this might be a boon for Indian IT professionals as the location independence will make companies abroad hire more Indian talent due to the cost factor. When someone need not come to office to do the work, there is no point in paying 4 times more for the same work. Corona Virus is silently revolutionizing the world towards a new work culture!
