Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was seen participating in the celebrations along with several other family members. Pictures from the gathering are now doing the rounds on social media, drawing considerable attention.
What stands out in the circulating photograph is the presence of almost all key members of the YS family—except YS Sharmila. Notably, after a long gap, YS Vijayamma and YS Jagan Mohan Reddy were seen together in the same frame, reportedly due to the Christmas celebration. However, Sharmila’s absence has not gone unnoticed.
Adding to the speculation, there is no official confirmation on whether the photograph is from this year’s Christmas celebration or from a previous occasion. The individual seated above Vijayamma on the staircase is believed to be Sharmila’s son, Raja Reddy, though this detail too remains unverified. Sharmila, her husband Anil Kumar, and their daughter are not seen in the picture.
The image has once again fueled discussions about the continuing rift within the YS family, with many speculating that the differences may have deepened to a point where even festivals like Christmas—once a unifying occasion—are no longer celebrated together as a single, united family.
