YS Jagan Visits Families of Ambati Rambabu and Jogi Ramesh Amid Controversy

Former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, has made weekly visits to the state a routine.
Typically arriving on Wednesday or Thursday, he spends a few days before returning to the comfort of his Yelahanka residence over the weekend.

This week, Jagan’s visit is expected to be more eventful. According to the YSR Congress Party, he will arrive in Guntur on Wednesday to visit the family of former Minister Ambati Rambabu, who is currently in jail for using offensive language against CM Chandrababu Naidu. During the visit, Jagan is likely to inspect Rambabu’s house, which was vandalized in attacks by frustrated TDP cadres, and console the family members affected by the incident.

On Friday, Jagan will meet former Minister Jogi Ramesh and his family in Ibrahimpatnam. This will be his second meeting with Ramesh in a week, amid speculations of a potential arrest.

The backdrop of these visits is politically charged. Ambati Rambabu made headlines for using derogatory remarks against Chandrababu, while Jogi Ramesh recently publicly abused Lokesh with inflammatory language. Despite the controversies surrounding both leaders, Jagan is choosing to personally meet and console them, highlighting his active engagement with party members and their families during politically sensitive times.
